GIS consulting and custom web mapping
We document. We build. You ask.
Your spatial data is an asset. We turn it into answers.
Like spotting the unit that keeps needing the same repair. Getting decades of drawings out of the box and onto a map. Making your maps and your systems finally agree. Buildings are our specialty. If your data has a location, we can work with it.
One hour, $125. If we take on a project together, it comes off the price.
Example · property maintenance
Floor 2 · Unit 204
3rd repair here this year
Same wall each time. Time for an in-house inspection before the next call.
Our approach
Everything you manage holds clues. We bring them to light.
The answers are already there
Most organizations already have the data: drawings, spreadsheets, records, and people who know where things are. It's true, but it's silent. The work is organizing it, putting it where it belongs, and showing it to the person who needs it, framed around their question.
CAD draws a building. GIS lets you ask it questions.
Floor plans in CAD are accurate and detailed, and they can't tell you which rooms are empty, what's overdue or where the shut-off is. Turned into GIS, the same drawings become something you can search, count and keep current.
One answer, everywhere
When the door says 214, the schedule says 214A and the map says something else, people stop trusting all three. We connect your maps to the systems you already run, so a change made once shows up everywhere.
The experience behind it: GIS work in soil and water conservation, telecom and fiber-to-the-home, electric utilities and higher education, for private ventures and public agencies alike.
Where that shows up
Which one sounds like your situation?
CAD files, PDFs, a photocopy with pen notes. We turn whatever you have into floor plans you can search, measure and share. Drag to compare.
Illustration only: a made-up building drawn for this page, not a sample deliverable. Your floor plans are built from your own files and delivered where they need to live: your GIS, our portal, web maps or documents.
Those floor plans are also the foundation of our portal. Start with the drawings; add the portal whenever you're ready.
The door says 214. The scheduling system says 214A. The map says something else. We connect your maps to the systems you already run, and keep them in step.

Once your maps and systems agree, the portal can sit right on top of them.
Suite 101 calls at 02:01: water through the ceiling. Click through what the manager does. About thirty seconds.
Best on a computer or tablet. The plan is too small to tap comfortably on a phone.
Mock-up for illustration. Not the portal's actual screens.
That's the 2 a.m. call. On Monday morning, the portal tells you what's overdue before the next one. See the real portal →
Good. If your data has a location, the same thinking applies: find out what you have, put it where it belongs, and show it to the people who need it.
